De formation classique, Tristan entre au conservatoire à l’âge de 11 ans et écrit ses premières compositions dès l’âge de 14 ans. A 16 ans, passionné de musique électronique et de Deep House, il devient DJ et commence à animer des soirées dans les clubs niçois. En 2014, Tristan sort sous le pseudonyme de « The Avener » le single « Fade out line », remix tiré d’une production australienne. Remarqué sur les réseaux sociaux, le titre est finalement signé avec une Major et le remix de The Avener s’installe en tête des charts européens. En 2015, The Avener produit le single de Mylène Farmer et Sting « Stolen car ». L’année 2019 marque la sortie du Single « Under the waterfall « , précédent la sortie du second album intitulé « Heaven » en 2020.
